Billing FAQ
Answers to common questions about subscriptions, invoices, and payments.
How does billing work?
AgentTerm plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Basic and Annual plans are self-serve; Team and Enterprise are seat-based and billed per active seat.
How do trials work?
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features and no credit card required. Add a payment method any time before or after your trial ends to keep access.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Billing and click "Manage payment method / cancel" to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel or update your plan at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How does proration work when I upgrade or switch plans?
When you upgrade mid-cycle, Stripe prorates the difference: you are charged for the remaining days on your new plan and credited for the unused portion of your old plan. Dashboard → Billing shows an estimated proration amount before you confirm a plan change.
Where do I find my invoices and receipts?
Dashboard → Billing lists every invoice with its date, amount, and status, plus a receipt link you can view or download as a PDF.
What happens if a payment fails?
We email you and Stripe automatically retries the charge on a schedule. Update your payment method from the Stripe billing portal (Dashboard → Billing → Manage payment method) to avoid any interruption in service.
How do seats work on Team plans?
Each seat lets one team member activate AgentTerm on their devices. Add or remove seats from your organization settings, and your next invoice reflects the updated seat count.
Do you offer discount or referral codes?
Yes. Affiliates and partners can share a referral/discount code applied at checkout. If you have a code, enter it on the checkout page before confirming payment.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Contact support to request one.
